Claire specialises in Hatha yoga and focuses on your health and well-being. Claire will blend poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for a truly enjoyable and rewarding session. You’ll work through some poses in depth to build strength, whilst others will be in sequences that flow to increase your fitness and stamina. Sessions are interwoven with breathing and relaxation techniques to your taste and complemented with elements of yoga philosophy to enhance your well-being.
Claire aims for you to leave your session feeling strong, stretched, toned, upbeat, with a clear head and feeling great.
Claire trained in London with the Yoga Training Centre. She completed a two-year, 500-hour diploma in teaching hatha yoga, including meditation and pranayama, and qualified in 2016. She has practised yoga for 18 years and is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). Claire was born in London and lives in Wandsworth.
