Loreta teaches a balanced flow of yoga postures linked by the breath and emphasizes relaxation. She combines Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative/Yin yoga and creates individual yoga programmes that are tailored for one-to-ones, couples and small groups. She includes pranayama techniques, meditation and mudras, where appropriate. Her classes build slowly and carefully towards the most advanced asana of the routine. The remaining part involves cooling down towards the final guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra). She invites her students to connect their mind and body through the breath and to practice awareness and mindfulness allowing them space to experience asana on their own. She aims to create a warm and relaxed environment where students can experience a sense of freedom, self-love and acceptance.
Loreta had significant periods of training and gained 500hr IYN certification and membership of Federation of Holistic Therapists. Her yoga philosophy is: "The success of yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships." TKV Desikachar
