Siobhan is a certified and passionate yoga teacher, teaching a strong, fluid and dynamic practice catered for all levels. Her yoga training combines yin and yang, developing your strength, flexibility and cardio, while also leaving you feeling lighter, and more mindful. But its not only yoga that inspire her classes; with a background in dance and an interest in martial arts, she creatively develops sequences that are playful, get you moving around your mat, and discovering all the possibilities of your body. Her yoga styles include, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Ashtanga, Yin, Rocket and Dharma Mittra, which influence her teachings. Her combination of interest will provide you with playful sequences that will keep you on your toes, as well as a deep understanding of yoga foundations, inversions, alignment and how to progress your practice.
