Stephanie's mission is to help her client achieve their personal health goals through her expertise in Yoga, Barre & Dance.
After a successful career as a soloist with the National Bulgarian Contemporary Dance Company & touring the world with dance, Stephanie turned to a career in wellness and gained certifications in various styles of yoga, barre fitness and dance pedagogy for non-professionals.
Stephanie specialises in creative sequencing and tailors her classes to the individual needs of her clients, helping them achieve a clear mind, strong and flexible body and emotional clarity.
