YOGA FOR SPORTS, SLOW FLOW YOGA, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A highly experienced teacher, trained in Yoga, Strength & Conditioning and Sports Massage Therapy.
Sharon's slow flow classes focus on personalised alignment and breath, and are structured in direct response to individual movement patterns.
Having transferred to teaching from the Corporate world her approach is empathetic and practical. Classes are intelligently sequenced to move the body through different planes, helping release tension from life's daily stresses, each class finishes with a relaxation period or short meditation practice.
Off the mat, Sharon continues to enjoy athletics and competes in 200m and 400m at Masters competitions nationally and internationally.
