An experienced teacher, Laura’s classes are informed by her extensive training in Yoga, Dance, Somatics, Experiential Anatomy and Massage Therapy.

A warm and knowledgeable teacher, her classes are always hugely popular.

’ I’ve practiced Yoga for 20 years and have a huge passion for teaching people with various backgrounds from beginners to professional dancers.

My classes offer a choreographed flow, and developmental focused conditioning. Where appropriate I offer mindful adjustments as a tool to help the body unravel by sinking into multiple layers of bodily being.

I always tailor my classes to the individual and aim for classes to create a sense of vitality, enhanced awareness, fluidity in motion, clarity of choices and joy'
